Inside Sales Representative, Quebec Region [located in Brandon]
As the lead daily point of contact for our French speaking Quebec customers, you play the lead role in supporting our field sales team efforts in establishing and growing our business with Quebec customers. In a rapidly evolving industry, you will be the voice of the company in the pursuit of being 'First Choice' for your regions customers. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience from online order generation to fulfillment. As a member of the inside sales team, you are energetic, positive, customer-oriented individual, who communicates well with
others and enjoys working with people.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are accountable for:
• Guiding new customers through the set up process.
• Preparing quotes for customers and follow up in a timely manner
• Being a product expert in our full catalogue
• Review customer sales trends and recommend products that meet customer needs
• Enter orders, work with fulfillment to expedite to ensure customer deadlines are met
• Co-coordinating selling efforts with our outside Sales team
• Proactively develop business in your region by searching out and establishing sales with new accounts
• Build strong relationships with customers our team
What You Bring To The Team:
• An awesome energy, a great attitude and passion for the cannabis accessory industry
• Intimate knowledge of the Quebec market and fluently bilingual
• 2+ year experience in sales position (retail or inside sales)
• Strong Microsoft Office competency (Excel, Word)
• Excellent skills in customer service
• Experience working with a CRM program or understanding of pipeline management
What's Nice To Have:
• A related college diploma
Job Type: Part-time during regular business hours. Expect 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Location: 915 Douglas Street, Brandon
Compensation: hourly + company bonus program
